Bud Bee Designs is engaged in creating embroidery designs for end user products like towels and uniforms making them unique and attractive for every finished products.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in embroidery design. You’ll play a key role in bringing our textile and apparel concepts to life, from digital mockups to production-ready embroidery files.

Responsibilities:

• Create original graphic designs tailored for embroidery
   
• Digitize artwork for embroidery using software such as Wilcom, Hatch, or similar
   
• Prepare and organize files for production (DST, PES, etc.)
   
• Collaborate with our design, product, and production teams
   
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs
   
• Review samples and make adjustments as needed
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong embroidery portfolio
   
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and embroidery software
   
• Understanding of embroidery limitations, stitch types, and fabric behavior
   
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
   
• Optional: Experience in apparel/fashion industry a plus
   

Bonus Skills:

• Illustration or hand-drawing ability
   
• Knowledge of screen printing or sublimation processes
   
• Experience working with vendors or manufacturers
